About Karma Hair Studio

Stephanie Krug-Mastroianni is the owner and operator of Karma Hair Studio. Nearly two decades ago, Stephanie fell in love with the art of holistic hair care. From the earliest days of her career as a professional stylist, she dreamed of opening her own studio—a space rooted in intention, creativity, and care.

In January 2015, that dream became a reality. With the support of family, friends, colleagues, and her loyal clients, Stephanie opened Karma Hair Studio in the heart of downtown Troy, NY.

Since its opening, the studio has evolved through several beautiful transformations—but two things have always remained the same:

1. A deep commitment to using the highest-quality, sustainable products

2. A heartfelt belief in honoring the beauty—inside and out—of every person who walks through the doors of 265 River Street
